What this email checker does
Whether your email reaches the inbox or the spam folder depends on a few records in your domain’s DNS. This free SPF, DKIM and DMARC checker reads them for you: your mail servers (MX), which servers may send as you (SPF), whether your emails are signed (DKIM) and what receivers should do with fake email (DMARC). You get a score out of 100 and a plain-language fix for every problem.
Why these records matter
Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft now expect proper authentication from anyone who sends email, and they treat missing or broken records as a reason to filter. The same records stop other people from sending email that pretends to come from your company, which protects your customers and your reputation.
How to use it
- Type the domain you send email from, for example example.com.
- If you know your DKIM selector (it is in your email provider’s settings), add it so we check it first.
- Read the results and fix the items marked “Fix” first, then “Improve”.
This tool only reads public DNS records. It never sends an email to your domain and never needs a password.
